Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Dip

A creamy, spicy, and savory dip made with shredded chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, and cheese, perfect for parties or game day. This version is made effortlessly in a slow cooker.

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish (optional)
  • Chips, celery sticks, or crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. Add shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo wing sauce, cheddar cheese, and blue cheese (if using) to the slow cooker.
  2. Stir everything together until well combined.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until the mixture is hot and bubbly.
  4. Stir the dip occasionally to ensure even heating and smooth texture.
  5. Once fully heated, switch slow cooker to warm setting for serving.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve with chips, crackers, or vegetables.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for a quick prep option.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce amount for more or less spice.
