A refreshing and nutritious smoothie served in a cup, perfect for breakfast, a quick snack, or post-workout fuel.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)

Instructions

  1. Add frozen berries, banana, yogurt, and milk into a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if additional sweetness is desired.
  4. Add chia seeds or flax seeds and blend again until combined.
  5. Pour into a cup and serve immediately.
