Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the protein powder, spinach, berries, banana, and almond milk.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If you want a thicker texture, add ice cubes and blend again.
  4. Optional: Add chia seeds for extra fiber and omega-3s.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
