  • 1 box (3 oz) cherry-flavored gelatin
  • 1 box (3 oz) orange-flavored gelatin
  • 1 box (3 oz) lemon-flavored gelatin
  • 1 box (3 oz) lime-flavored gelatin
  • 1 box (3 oz) berry blue-flavored gelatin
  • 1 box (3 oz) grape-flavored gelatin
  • 6 cups boiling water (1 cup per gelatin flavor)
  • 6 cups cold water (1 cup per gelatin flavor)
  • Whipped topping (like Cool Whip), for layering and garnish
  • Rainbow sprinkles (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare each flavored gelatin separately by dissolving the contents of each box in 1 cup of boiling water, then stir in 1 cup of cold water.
  2. Pour each flavor into separate shallow containers and refrigerate until set, about 2-3 hours.
  3. Once set, cut each gelatin into small cubes.
  4. Layer different colored gelatin cubes into clear parfait cups or glasses, alternating with spoonfuls of whipped topping.
  5. Repeat layers until glasses are full, finishing with a dollop of whipped topping on top.
  6. Garnish with rainbow sprinkles if desired.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

  • You can use sugar-free gelatin for a lighter version.
  • Use clear cups to show off the colorful layers.
  • Make the gelatin layers ahead of time for easier assembly.
