Turkey Bacon and Egg Wrap in Whole Wheat Tortilla

A delicious and protein-packed breakfast wrap made with turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, and a whole wheat tortilla, perfect for a satisfying and healthy start to your day.

  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup diced vegetables (optional, such as spinach, bell peppers, or onions)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil or butter. Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble them. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until eggs are fully set.
  3. If using, add the diced vegetables to the skillet during the last minute of cooking the eggs.
  4. Warm the whole wheat tortilla in a separate skillet for about 30 seconds on each side, or until soft and warm.
  5. Assemble the wrap by placing the scrambled eggs and turkey bacon in the center of the tortilla. Add shredded cheese if desired.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up into a wrap.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

  • Feel free to customize the wrap with your favorite vegetables, like spinach, tomatoes, or avocado.
