Turkey & Cheese Roll-Ups

Quick and easy turkey & cheese roll-ups, perfect for snacks, appetizers, or lunchboxes. These no-cook bites are made with deli turkey slices, cheese, and optional extras for added flavor.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices deli turkey breast
  • 4 slices cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or provolone)
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese or mayonnaise (optional, for spreading)
  • 4 lettuce leaves (optional)
  • Toothpicks (for securing, optional)

Instructions

  1. Lay out the turkey slices on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese or mayonnaise over each slice (if using).
  3. Place half a slice of cheese and a lettuce leaf on top of each turkey slice.
  4. Roll the turkey tightly around the filling.
  5. Secure with a toothpick if needed and cut in half for smaller bites.

Notes

  • Use different cheeses for variety.
  • Great for low-carb or keto diets when made without bread.
