- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 10 oz (1 package) mini marshmallows
- Pink food coloring
- Blue food coloring
- Purple food coloring
- White chocolate or candy melts (for coating)
- Sprinkles (unicorn or rainbow-themed)
- Paper straws or lollipop sticks
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Divide the melted marshmallow mixture evenly into three bowls. Tint each bowl with a different food coloring: pink, blue, and purple.
- Mix 2 cups of Rice Krispies cereal into each colored marshmallow mixture until well coated.
- Press each colored mixture into a parchment-lined 9×13 inch pan, layering them to create a rainbow effect. Let set for 30 minutes.
- Once firm, cut into rectangles or squares.
- Insert paper straws or lollipop sticks into each treat to make pops.
- Melt white chocolate or candy melts and dip the tops of the pops. Decorate with unicorn or rainbow sprinkles.
- Place on wax paper and allow the chocolate to set before serving.
Notes
- You can use gel food coloring for more vibrant colors.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Try adding edible glitter for extra magic.
