Yogurt Parfaits

A refreshing and healthy layered treat made with creamy yogurt, crunchy granola, and fresh fruits, perfect for breakfast, snack, or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup granola
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruits (berries, bananas, or mangoes)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by washing and chopping fruits as needed.
  2. In a glass or jar, add a layer of yogurt at the bottom.
  3. Top with a layer of granola and then a layer of fresh fruits.
  4. Repeat the layers until the glass is filled.
  5. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired and sprinkle with chia seeds or flaxseeds.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

Notes

  • Use Greek yogurt for a creamier and higher-protein parfait.
  • Prepare ahead by layering yogurt and fruit, and adding granola just before serving to keep it crunchy.
